Bette Ruth Day Davis Morgan, 87, of Soda Springs passed away on Monday, November 11, 2013 at the Caribou Memorial Hospital.

Bette was born on November 25, 1925 in Layton, Utah the daughter of Le Roi and Meda Warrick Day.

She married Leonard Ray Davis on December 10, 1945 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He passed away January 29, 1988.

She married Howard Blood Morgan on September 9, 1989. He passed away on September 13, 2007 in Layton, Utah.

Bette was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint and had served as Sunday School Teacher, Mutual Teacher, Relief Society, Mutual and Stake Sunday School Secretary.

She enjoyed knitting, bowling, homemaking, cooking, canning, bookkeeping and sales.

Bette is survived by a son Michael Ray and Ana Luisa Davis of San Antonio, TX, and two step-sons, Steven H. Morgan of Ivins, UT, Alan K. and Marsha Morgan of Kaysville, UT, and a daughter Michele and Mark A. Robbins of Soda Springs, ID. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren and three brothers, Devon Day, Thomas Gary Day, ,Douglas Le Roi Day. She was preceded in death by her husbands, a brother, LaMar Day, a sister, Marlene Woodward and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Noon at the Soda Springs LDS Stake Center. The family will visit with friends on Friday evening from 7-8 p.m. at the Sims Funeral Home and on Saturday morning from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the Stake Center prior to services. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Soda Springs.
