Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Grace United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Kansas Veterans Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Swisher-Taylor & Morris Funeral Home. The family will greet visitors from 6:30 to 7:30.

Danny was born Feb. 3, 1956, in Arkansas City, to G.W. and Phyllis (Shelton) Hale. He received his General Educational Development degree in 1984 and later his associate of arts degree in business from Cowley County Community College.
His early employment was with B&S Well service, then Winfield State Hospital & Training Center for several years. His last employer was with Pizza Hut, 1992-2012, as assistant manager in Winfield.
He served his country with the National Guard, retiring as a sergeant after 22 years.
He married Debbie Barrett July 3, 1975, in Atlanta. During the 17-1/2 years they were together, they had three children. They divorced in 1992.
He met Debbie Kiser in 2001 and spent 12 wonderful years with her.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseback riding and woodworking. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, G.W. Hale.
He is survived by his mother, Phyllis Hale, Winfield; life partner, Debbie Kiser, of the home; sons, Daniel Hale, and wife, Kimberly, Ponca City, Nathan Hale, and partner, Jose, El Paso, Texas, and Ron Smith, and companion, Tammy, Winfield; daughters, Shalinda Widener, and husband, Jamie, and Queesa Kiser, all of Winfield; three sisters, Terry Overall, and husband, Jim, Parsons, Annette Hale, Winfield; Rebecca Stewart, and husband, Randy, Porter, Texas; and Cindy (The Dog), of the home; 12 grandchildren, Ellie (The Duck), four nephews and three nieces.
