Funeral services for Viola Fern Barnes, 68, of Keene, Texas, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Sunday, March 25, 2007, at the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church. Pastor Steve Gifford will officiate, assisted by Pastor Mic Thurber, Pastor Phil Robertson, Pastor Don Baker and Pastor Henry Reid. Burial will follow in the Keene Memorial Park Cemetery. The family received visitors from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2007, at Rosser Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers will be Duane Barnes, Garry Barnes, Linc Liberto, Ryan Bowyer, Douglas Bowyer, Nathan Bowyer and Anthony Liberto. Viola passed away March 23, 2007, in Keene. She was born in Shattuck, Okla., May 5, 1938, the daughter of Freda (Schafer) and Vernon C. Mohr. She was a registered nurse.
