XENIA Janet M. Horton, age 76, of Xenia, Ohio, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Family Hospice and Palliative Care Facility in Mt. Lebanon, PA. She was born in Portsmouth, OH on June 21, 1937, the daughter of Vancil and Anna (Webb) Magaw. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward W. Horton in 2012; daughter: Cynthia Horton and son: David Horton; sister: Mabel Magaw and brother: Arnold Magaw. She is survived by her daughters: Kathy Horton of Dayton, OH; and Linda (Mark) Herron of Bridgeville, PA; brother: Charles Magaw; 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Janet had served as the secretary to the Xenia Garden Club for many years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Services will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Interment to follow in
