Ronnie R. Flynn Sr., 55, died at 11:22 a.m. Sunday in Marion General Hospital.
He was born on April 26, 1952, to the late Grover T. and Goldie (Cook) Flynn.
Mr. Flynn worked at Atlas Foundry for 35 years and was a member of the United Steel Workers. He was a Cubs fan and enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with his friends.
Survivors include three children, Ronnie Flynn Jr., Marion, David A. (Tasha) Flynn and Thomas J. Flynn, both of Swayzee; two brothers, Dan (Valerie) Flynn and Leroy (Ida) Johnson, both of Marion; and nine grandchildren.
Mr. Flynn was also preceded in death by his daughter, Tracy M. Flynn.
Services are at 10 a.m. Thursday in Owen-Weilert-Duncan Funeral Home, Marion Chapel, 2722 S. Washington St., Marion.
