HARTSELLE - Aaron Edward Higgins, 62, of 315 Simpson St., Hartselle, died Tuesday at a local hospital. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald E. Talley officiating.

Burial was to be in Hartselle Memory Gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Higgins; seven sons, Bobby Joe Higgins of Paris, Texas, Wayne Bailey of Decatur, Jesse Lee Bailey of North Carolina, Terry Gene Bailey of Hartselle, Rodney Dale Bailey of Atlanta, Ronald Aaron Higgins and Michael Ottis Higgins, both of Vidor, Texas; four daughters, Lisa Ann Higgins of Hartselle, Regina Ann Washington of Moore, Okla., and Donna Wilcox and Kathy Stinson, both of Vidor; a brother, Willie Higgins of Belle Chase, La.; three sisters, Ailene Roache of Bastrop, La., Ida Holmes of Lake Providence, La., and Bobbie Jean Harris of Clayton, La.; and 14 grandchildren.
