YANKTON, S.D.-Mrs. Frank Grewe, 86, of Yankton, died Oct. 21 at Sacred Heart Hospital here.
Services tentatively will be Saturday morning in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in the parish cemetery, with the Kostel-McLeod Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Grewe, the former Mary Westerman was born August 13, 1890 at Aloys, NE. She married Jan. 26, 1916 at Aloys, The couple farmed near West Point, NE and since 1929 near Yankton. Mr. Grewe died August 28, 1959.
Survivors include six sons, Alois of Yankton, Rucolph and Joseph of Omaha, Edward of New Buffalo, Mich., Bruno of Odessa, Texas and Richard of River Grove, Ill., three daughters, Mrs. T. H. (Agatha) Pedicka of Tabor, Mrs Charles (AnnaMarie) Murray of Sioux Falls, and Mrs Gerald (Mary Ann) Schulte of Sioux City; 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and one sister Mrs. Ida Meiergerd of West Point.
