Funeral services for Billie Gene Alexander, 72, of Rosenberg, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, at the Davis Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg, with interment following at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Billie Gene was born February 27, 1926 in Electra. He passed away Tuesday, June 2, 1998, in Rosenberg. He served in the Navy during WWII.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Russell and Merle Etta Alexander, and brother, Joseph Alexander.
He is survived by sons, Nicky Gene Alexander of Stafford and Billie Gene Alexander, Jr. of Houston; daughters, Billie Jean Alexander of Needville and Melanie Alexander of Needville; sister, Josephine Moffit of Houston; and two grandchildren.
