Funeral services for Floyd Hill, 73, of 1814 Broadway, were held Friday afternoon in Grimes-Plummet Funeral Chapels with Rev. Pearl McEwen and Rev. M. Elizabeth Elverd, officiating. Interment was in Garden of Memories. He passed away Tuesday in Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, Born Dec. 16, 1905, he had resided in Kerrville for 19 years. He was a member of the Baptist Church and a heavy equipment operator. He is survived by four sons, Floyd Ray Hill of Kerrville.Ronald Gene Hill of Magnolia, Clarence Hill of Portland and Ernest Hill of Grey Mountain, Arizona; two daughters, Mrs. Catherine Miller of Magonlia and Mrs. Sue Mays of Angleton; one sister; and three grandchildren.
