David Michael Kingsley, 41, of Sterling, Colo., formerly of Sioux City, died Friday, Nov. 12, 2004, in Sterling.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. today at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home in Sterling, with Brother James Hyland officiating.

David was born Feb. 5, 1963, in Sioux City, the son of Robert M. and Blanche L. (Birkes) Kingsley. He graduated from high school in Sioux City. He moved to Colorado in 1993.

He married Edna Taladay on Jan. 9, 1995, in Sterling. He had been employed as a meat cutter for the past 21 years.

He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Fort Collins, Colo.

Survivors include his wife, Edna Kingsley of Sterling; his parents, Bob and Blanche Kingsley of Sioux City; his children, Ruben, Dakota and Cheyenne Kingsley, all of Sterling; a brother, Kirk Kingsley of Ireton, Iowa; and a sister and her husband, Robyn and Emmett Hodgins and their children, Erin and Blake of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
