Survivors include her husband, Willis B. Fox of Gainestown; four sons, Leroy Williams of Detroit, Mich.; James Fox of Mobile, Donald Fox of Fulton and Willard Fox of Gainestown; 10 daughters, Lucy Fox, Nellie Burroughs, Bessie Jackson and Towonda McLain, all of Gainestown, Carolyn Cureton, Linda White, Kathy Fox and Jacqueline Alexander, all of Charlotte, N.C., Lesia Parker of Jackson and Mamie Pugh of Whatley; sister, Dorothy Taylor of Mobile; 31 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service was July 24 at the Antioch African Methodist Episcopal Church in Alma. Burial was in the church cemetery with Andrews Funeral Home of Jackson directing.
