LULA PATTERSON OBITUARY
Lula Jane Pierce Patterson, born July 18, 1931 at Cordell, Oklahoma went to be with the Lord on July 7, 2004. Active in Westcroft Baptist Church, Phoenix, she served as church secretary for 20 years. Later she was church secretary at Mission Drive Baptist Church, Phoenix. She also worked at Grand Canyon University and on the staff of the Arizona Southern Baptist Convention. At the time of her death she was an active member of North Phoenix Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, James Carl Patterson, of Phoenix, two daughters, Rebecca LeAnn Rummel, (husband David III) of Milton, Florida, and Rhonda Susanne Craig (husband Carl) of Phoenix; three grandsons, David Rummel IV, Danny Rummel, both of Milton, Florida, Matthew Craig of Phoenix, two granddaughters, Sheramy Rummel, Milton, Florida, Stephanie Craig, Phoenix, and one brother Dan Stringer of Sun City. A memorial service will be conducted at the chapel of North Phoenix Baptist Church on Saturday, July 10th, at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial rememberences can be sent to Arizona Baptist Childrens Services, 6015 W. Peoria Avenue, Peoria, Arizona 85302.
