Mrs. Gayle White, age 73 of Fayette, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Fayette Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Wesley Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday two hours prior to services from 12-2 P.M. at the funeral home. Rev. Tyler Hopkins will officiate.
Survivors include two daughters: Dianne White and Debbie White (Warren) Handley both of Fayette, adopted son: Robert C. "Buddy" (Linda) Layton of Minden, LA, one sister: Rena Loftis Humber of Fayette, four grandchildren: Craig and Caitlyn Handley, Cheyenne and Dustin Layton.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Sidney and Ellie Mae Loftis, brother: Sidney Wayne Loftis.
Honorary pallbearers are: "The Radiator Club", Class of 1958, Wesley Chapel Church family, "The Rook Gang", Belk Senior Citizens Group.
Active pallbearers will be: Larry Humber, Gary Thomas, Chuck Brock, Barry McDonald, Mike Renfroe, Dewayne Morgan, and Tim Bohannon.
