Deborah Lynn Walden, a long time resident of Riverside, TX. passed away September 29, 2013 in Elkhart, TX. She was 58 years old. Mrs. Walden was born August 2, 1955 in Houston, TX. to James D. and Mary Elizabeth Rumfield. She is survived by her daughter; Jennifer Moore and her husband David of Lovelady, TX. grandson; David "D.J." Moore and granddaughter; Deseree' Moore. Her mother; Mary Rumfield of Riverside, TX. brother; George Rumfield and his wife Debra of Willis, TX. 2 Sisters; Alanna Perkins and her husband Warren of Willis, TX. and Patricia Orr of Spendora, TX. and numerous nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends. And we can not forget her dog Missy, who was her life companion for the past number of years. She is preceded in death by her husband Cecil Ray Walden who passed away in "1996" her father James D. Rumfield and a sister Kathleen Talbert.
A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at the Brooke Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Brooke Cemetery - Huntsville, TX.
Deborah had a compassion for people. She loved to laugh and loved to make others laugh. She made friends wherever she went and touched so many lives. She never meet a stranger and her love and smile will be greatly missed.
