Born on May 29, 1956, in Butler, he was the son of Clyde Rodgers and Norma Jean Barclay Rodgers Beachem.
Pat was a clerk at the Smith Grove Campground for the past six years.
He enjoyed hunting.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines, serving in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Fair Rodgers, who he married in April of 1993; his father, Clyde Rodgers of Sligo; his son, Patrick M. Rodgers Jr. of Slippery Rock; his daughter, Sherry and her husband, Matt Fraser, of Coraopolis; his three grandchildren; his brother, Clyde and his wife, Kathy Rodgers, of South Carolina, and his sister, Pam and her husband, Mike Beachem, of Arizona.
RODGERS — The friends of Patrick M. Rodgers, who died Friday, Nov. 1, 2013 will be received from 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, 111 E. Slippery Rock St., Chicora. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. John Pistorius, pastor of the St. John Reformed Church, Chicora, officiating.
Interment will follow in Hemphill Cemetery, Chicora.
