Regina Ann Howard Fields, 56, of Ironton, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 4, 2013, at her residence.
The Ironton, Ohio native was born May 20, 1957, the daughter of Ray Howard of Kitts Hill and Marta Nance McCalvin of Kitts Hill.
She was a graduate of Rock Hill High School and received her Bachelors Degree in Education from Ohio University. She was a public relation specialist with the Hecla Water Association and a member of the Central Christian Church in Ironton, OH.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, LeRoy and Myrtle Nance and her paternal grandparents, Albert and Margaret Howard
She is also survived by a son, Joshua Jeffrey Fields of Kitts Hill, a daughter, Samantha Jo Fields of Ironton, a brother, James LeRoy Howard of Ironton and a sister, Pamela Lou Leach of Ironton, four grandchildren, Savannah Fields, Tyler Fields, Raegan Crabtree and Natalie Fields, three nieces and a nephew.
Funeral service at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, OH., with Pastor Matt Dillon officiating. Burial in Woodland Cemetery.
