Edward Lee "Eddie" Eaton, 50, of Panama City, passed away on August 27, 2013 in Bay Medical Center with his family by his side. He was born November 26, 1962 in Bay Medical Center in Panama City, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur & Anne Eaton and his brother, Wilbur S. Eaton.He is survived by his daughter, Kayleigh Eaton, grandson, Wyatt Eaton of Brighton, MI; brother, Chuck Eaton (Patty) of Tuscon, AZ; 4 sisters, Barbara Dallas, Debbra Birch, Susie Little, Cindy Ratliff (Sebe) all of Panama City plus numerous nieces and nephews. Eddie graduated from the Divers Institute of Technology in August 1981. He worked as a commercial diver and fisherman locally and in LA. He was a free spirit who loved life, his family and friends. His daughter and grandson were the apple of his eye. He was known for having a hard head and a big heart. He was a trusting and honest person. He enjoyed listening to music, reading, being on the water and hanging out with his family and friends. He was well known for his love and passion of raising plants. Even though his life was short he loved and lived it to the fullest.
A celebration of life will be held at the home of Cindy and Sebe Ratliff on Sunday, Sept. 1st at 4:00pm.
