Marty Joe Reed, age 48, of Gassville, Arkansas passed away Monday, November 4, 2013, at Baxter Regional Medical Center. He was born November 20, 1964, in Mountain Home, Arkansas to Burl and Bonnie (Swadley) Reed.

Marty served in the United States Army. He was a brick mason in the Mountain Home area for many years.

Marty is survived by two sons: Jonathan Reed and Saffire and Joshua Reed all of Gassville, father: Burl Reed and Peggy of Central Point, Oregon, mother: Bonnie Reed of Gassville, a sister: Christy Reed of Gassville, a brother: Phillip Reed and Brenda of Gassville and a special friend: Sheila Davis, Samantha Johnson and Ashley Ray. He was preceded in death by a son: Justin Reed.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2013, at Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery in Monkey Run with Reverend Darren Morris officiating.

A visitation will be from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Friday at the Roller Funeral Home.

Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
