She is survived by the love of her life, Bob Carter; three sons, Josh Northcutt and wife Julie, Carter Northcutt and Joseph Carter; three grandchildren; mother, Charlotte Tarpley Leslie; sister, Kathy Thurman, and husband Gary; brother, Sam Leslie and wife Scottie.
