Diana "Sue" Cole, 68, of Norwalk, went home to be with her Lord, Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
She was born April 7, 1945, in Cincinnati, to Dester J. and Lena M. (Brock) Moore, and came to this area in 1940.
Sue was a member of the Milan Baptist Church and was a former employee of Hinman Funeral Home, Berlin Heights. She was the former office manager of North Central EMS from 1986-1999. Sue enjoyed crafts, sewing, and computer time.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Jim Cole of Norwalk; children, Jeffery and Regina Cole of Aurora, Ohio, Robert Bryan and Karen Strimple of New Kent, Va., Michelle and Michael Popa of North Fairfield, Ohio, and Rhonda Sue and Jeffrey Geason of Milan; nine grandchildren; and sisters, Linda K. Ortman of Norwalk, and Paulette Marie Keefe of Norwalk.
Friends may call 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, at Milan Baptist Church, 5201 Old State Road, North, Milan. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at the church. Pastor Rod Hollen will officiate. Interment will be in Milan Cemetery.
