E. B. Kennedy, born in Clifford in 1860, died Friday, age 62.
He was the postmaster at Clifford 26 years. Surviving are his widow, one son, Joseph of Columbus, a daughter, Miss Effie Kennedy at home; a sister Mrs. Martha Boyle of Clifford; 2 half sisters, Miss Gertie Sprague of Clifford and Mrs. Alice Pitman of Columbus; 2 half brothers, Harry Malson of Manilla and Levi Malson of Lima, Ohio. Funeral service was Sunday at the Clifford
Methodist Church with burial at Liberty Cemetery.
