YORK N. Bernadine Dunlap, 90, died at 6:40 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Manor Care Health Services, Kingston Court. She was the beloved wife of Frank E. Dunlap, who died in 2006. Frank and Bernadine were married for 65 years. Bernadine was born in Lock Haven to her parents the late Harry Irvin Barnard and Margie (Hartman) Barnard. She graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1941. She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia R. Dunlap of York and Brenda R. Landis and her husband, Michael of Lutz, Fla.; and a son, Kenneth L. Dunlap and his wife Katherine of Seneca, S.C. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Jeanette Miller of Lock Haven and Sandra Sheasley and her husband Mikel of Mill Hall, Pa. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at the Mt. Rose Cemetery 1502 Mt. Rose Avenue York. Friends and family are cordially invited to arrive at the main entrance to the cemetery at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 924 N Colonial Avenue York, PA 17403.
