Tina "Tiny" Stewart, 86, of Hayesville died Saturday, November 2, 2013 in an Atlanta hospital. She was a native of Towns County, GA, before moving to Hayesville in 1960. She worked for Peachtree Product and Emerson Electric before retiring. She was a member of Many Forks Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Edward Samuel and Gertrude King Hyatt, and the wife of the late John Arthur Stewart who died March 12, 2008. She was also preceded in death by a son Michael Hill as well as two sisters and two brothers.
Surviving, are her 2 daughters Dorothy Marshall, and husband Floyd of Piedmont, SC; and Elaine Mull, and husband Marvin of Hayesville, NC. Two step-sons, Alton Stewart of MD; and John Dale Stewart of Hayesville, NC. Two sisters, Edna Stewart of Young Harris, GA; and Faye Huskins of Cartersville, GA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Many Forks Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Stiles officiating. Interment will in the Many Forks Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers are Randy and Ricky Marshall, Nathan Mull, Johnny, Kyle, and Matthew Stewart. Honorary Pallbearers are R.J. Hill, Jake Marshall, Tommy and Sean Stewart.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 Monday November 4, 2013 at the Ivie Funeral Home, Hayesville.
