The town of Iberia is located in Miller County, Missouri. At the time of Ivy's birth, the closest town was Iberia. The town of St. Anthony, shown in Ivy's marriage record was not formed until 1906.

Illinois Coroner's Certificate of Death shows he was born 9 Feb 1884 and died 2 Dec 1964 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Granite City, Illinois.
