Marcella was also known to her friends as Bill, Mickey, Sally, or BaBa.
In her early teens Marcella and three of her sisters formed a singing quartet.
The Sweet sisters sang on the radio as the The Junge Bakers Joy Makers from 1934 to 1935, and for another 50 years they performed in church services and special events throughout the four state area.

Wife of Carl Robb Roper (Marr. July 7, 1939 in Dallas, Texas. He died Sept. 23, 1965.)

Mother of Donna Winslow and her husband, Herb & Dianne Rohrer and her husband, Dennis.

Daughter of the late Clayton & Alfretta (Milnes) Sweet.

Sister of Bertha Mae Clinton. (Preceded in death by 9 other siblings.)
