Connie Elizabeth Haney, 51, of Rossville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 2, 2013. She was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and was of the Baptist faith. She was employed with the Catoosa County Library as the Assistant Director for more than 15 years and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Ray Tolbert; grandmother, Elizabeth Virginia Havens and grandfather, Raymond Edward Havens.

Survivors include her loving husband, Terry Haney of Rossville, GA; mother, Shirley Tolbert of Chickamauga, GA; son, Joshua Keith Scoggins of Rossville, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Ashley & (Nathan) Stoker of Rock Spring, GA; brother, Charles Jason Tolbert and granddaughter, Kinsley Stoker.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 4, 2013 in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Bro. Jim Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakewood South Memory Gardens. The family will begin receiving friends after 4 p.m. Sunday and prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home. Arrangements by W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Homes, Fort Oglethorpe, GA.
