SHREVEPORT, LA - Services will be conducted at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 8801 Mansfield Rd., Shreveport, LA for Minnie Lacobee Willis, 81, of Shreveport on Monday, August 24, 1992 at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be Rev. J. M. Cason and Rev. Rodney Duron. Interment will be at Centuries Memorial Park.
She entered into rest Saturday, August 22, 1992 at Schumpert Medical Center. Mrs. Willis was a life long resident of Shreveport. She was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church and work for R.S.V.P. for fifteen years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. John T. Willis.
She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Norcross and husband, David of Shreveport, La.; her granddaughter, Vicki Harris and husband, Jimmy; her grandson, Steven Norcross and wife Elaine; her great-granddaughter, Jacqueline Jamie Harris; and her nephew, Roy Lacobee and wife, Merle.
Honorary pallbearers will be her dear friends at The Evangeline and her Bible teacher, Otis Vier.
Pallbearers will be Glen Kent, Rex Lowe, Jimmy Ray Beaird, Emery Lowe, Delett Edwards and Clyde "Bucky" Beaird.
