He was born February 3, 1934 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Cyrus Lavar Neff and Marguerite Packer.
He graduated from South High School and was married in the Salt Lake Temple to his eternal companion and sweetheart, Yvonne Taylor, on June 20, 1952. Together, they raised three children, who gave them sixteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Tony was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and his favorite calling was teaching the little children in primary. His wife may have been the best cook ever, but he was the best eater. He definitely loved food, especially the meals that his sweetheart created.
He had a great passion for cars. He loved buying, owning, and talking the ears off of anyone that would engage in conversation about them. Together, he and his sweetheart entered and won several car shows.
Survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Yvonne; children, Susan (Paul) Wagner, Gary (Cathy) Neff, and Kathy (Paul) Jolley; sixteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and brothers and sisters, Dean Lowe, Marlene Dazley, Donna Smith, and Brent Miller. Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Martel Lowe, and grandson, Daniel Neff.
