Rhonda "Mimi" Lindsey, 58, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013.

Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Cox Funeral Home Benton Chapel with Charlie Cox officiating. Arrangements are by Cox Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive.

Rhonda was born June 24, 1955, in Morton to Harold and Marilyn Lindsey. She was raised in Paris, where she graduated from North Lamar High School.

Rhonda moved to Amarillo in the 1990s, where
she worked as a caregiver for many years. She was the matriarch of her family and loved nothing more
than being Mimi to her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her wonderful heart and always putting others first.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Kent Lindsey.

Survivors include two daughters, Dana Downs and husband Jamie and Cassi Valasquez and husband Bobby, all of Amarillo; three brothers, Doug, Darrell and Keith Lindsey, all of Paris; six grandchildren, Christopher, Christjan, Cass, Coleby, Erica and Zoe; and two great-
grandchildren, Cash and Jase.

The family suggests memorials be to Odyssey Health Care, 6900 W. Interstate 40, Suite 150, Amarillo, TX 79106.
