WHITESBORO — Graveside services for Dorothy Maurine Wilson, 88, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, August 27, 2007 at Fairview Cemetery in Gainesville with Billy Miller officiating. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro.

Dorothy passed away on Friday, August 24, 2007 at the Wilson N. Jones Medical in Sherman.

Dorothy was born on October 11, 1918 in Agra, Kansas to Robert and Evelyn (Smith) Case. She married James Beal Wilson on November 11, 1936 in Gainesville, Texas.

Dorothy was a homemaker, a member of the Church of Christ, she loved her home, oil painting, gardening, animals, baking bread, and playing the piano for family on special occasions, especially holidays. Dorothy out lived a lot of her family and friends.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter; Donna Jane Wilson; a niece, Laura Cook; two nephews, Ken Case and Mike Case and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Evelyn Case and husband James Beal Wilson.
