C. H. Necessary, Jr., 53, of Millers Creek, N.C., father of Lee Ann Necessary, WSLS TV anchor, died Thursday, June 1, 1995 at Stanford University Medical Center. Mr. Necessary was born April 11, 1942 in Roanoke, Va. to Hubert and Ruth Osborne Necessary. He is survived by his wife, Ann Rita Harris Necessary, of the home; two daughters, Lee Ann Necessary, Roanoke, Adrienne Necessary, Raleigh, N.C.; one son, Rustin Necessary, of the home; one sister, Patty Casstevens, Winston-Salem, N.C.; two brothers, Tom Necessary, Wilkesboro, N.C. and Roger Necessary, Yadkinville, N.C. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of North Wilkesboro. Burial will be in the Old Millers Creek Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to The C. H. Necessary Jr. West Wilkes High School Scholarship Fund, C/O First Citizens Bank, 1905 Hwy. 421N, Wilkesboro, N.C. Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home in North Wilkesboro, N.C. is in charge of arrangements.
