SALISBURY, Pa. — Mrs. Grace Briskey, 71, of RD 1, died yesterday at Meyersdale Community Hospital. A native of Greenville Township, she was a daughter of Mrs. Alice (Lowry) Miller and the late Wilson W. Miller. She was a member of Greenville Lutheran Church. Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, Alton Briskey; three sons, James Briskey, RD 3, Meyersdale; Robert Briskey, RD 1, and Don Briskey, Somerset; two daughters, Mrs. Carol Deal, here; Mrs. Ruth Scheffel, Adamtown, Md.; two brothers, John Miller, Meyersdale; Earl Miller, RD 3, Meyersdale; two sisters, Mrs. Wilma Shultz, RD 3, Meyersdale, and Mrs. Lucille Maust, Berlin; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The body is at the Thomas Funeral Home where a service will be conducted by Rev. David E. Fetter. Burial will be in Greenville Cemetery. The Cumberland News, October 23, 1973
