Funeral services for Mrs. Judy Pleasant Truelove, 53, of Waverly will be held at 2:00PM, Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at Waverly Baptist Church. Rev. Don Thornton will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5-9PM, Tuesday at Cox Funeral Home in Delhi. Burial will be in Faith Memorial Park Cemetery south of Delhi.
Mrs. Truelove passed away Sunday, May 9, 2004 in River Region Medical Center in Vicksburg, MS.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Willard Pleasant and Vivian Christie Pleasant and a brother, Clyde Pleasant.
She is survived by her husband, Freddie Truelove, a son, Andy Truelove and his wife, Jill and their daughter, Madison, all of Delhi, LA, a daughter, Alana Truelove of Monroe, LA; and her mother-in-law, Velma Louise Truelove of Delhi .
She is also survived by her siblings, Zindel Pleasant, Bobby Pleasant and his wife, Judy, Peggy Cooper and her husband, Dennis, Patsy Pleasant and her husband, Guy, Maxine Minyard and her husband, Dan, Donna Allan and her husband, Mike, Ilene Marler and her husband Dennis and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be John Hilderbrand, Ryman Busby, Casey Baker, Jason Huff, John Herrington and Phillip Williams.
