Erma Fay Wilson Toncray, 74, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away April 15, 2012, at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus in Parkersburg, W.Va.

She was born in Parkersburg, W.Va. on Jan. 12, 1938, a daughter of the late Ralph and Ruth Jordon Wilson. Erma retired from Worthington Manor after 30 years of service. Her hobbies included collecting owls, making quilts, canning, working puzzles, and she enjoyed being with her family.

She is survived by two daughters, Ruth Ann Bartimus, of Vincent, Ohio and Deborah K. Byrd (Jeff) of Rockport, W.Va.; three sons, Ralph D. Slone (Katonda) of Huntington, W.Va., James E. Wolfe (Tresa) of Belpre, Ohio, and Ira E. "Speedy" Toncray (Ellen) of Belpre, Ohio; two sisters, Ethel Maynard (Brady) of Ashville, Ohio and Virginia Fitzgerald (Melvin) of Vienna, W.Va.; one brother, James Wilson (Lorraine) of Ashville, Ohio; 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and four great great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Toncray; a son-in-law, Donald Bartimus, and one great-grandson.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home in Belpre with Pastor Randy Cox officiating. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at the Otterbein Cemetery in Jackson County, W.Va. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, and on Thursday one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
