CYNTHIA "CINDY" LADELL LATHAM WHEELER, 59 of League City, TX went home to the lord on October 28, 2013. She was born February 20, 1954 to Thomas Latham and Dora Kelly Latham in Houston, TX.
She was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother and aunt who will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was a Chemical Dependency Counselor and made a difference in the lives of her patients for more than 25 years. She loved baking, gardening, dancing, going to the casino and could light up a room with her infectious personality.
She is survived by her parents, Thomas and Dora Latham; daughter, Kristi Wheeler Robinson and husband Chris; granddaughter, Sydney; grandson, Trevor; her sister, Judy Childress and her husband TC Childress; brother, Thomas Latham and his wife Cheryl; and sister, Kelly Baird and her husband Don; several nieces and nephews, Kacey Gibson and her husband Brian, Karley Kirk and her husband Kevin and sons, Kolby and Kolton, Marshall Childress and wife Katie, Mitchell Childress, Zachary Latham, Nicholas Latham, Ross Baird and Jacob Baird.
