Mrs. Garnet Bishop Webb went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, January 30, 2009. She was born in Butler County, PA, to Abraham and Mary Pearl Keefer Croup. Garnet lived her life for God and was a blessing to everyone around her. She is now in heaven rejoicing in the presence of Jesus Christ.
Garnet was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, James R. Bishop; second husband, Archie Webb; beloved son, James Bishop; beloved daughter Gloria Morhard; three brothers, Clyde, Lyle, and Melvin; and five sisters, Elva, Leona, Mary Ida, Veta, and Weltha.
She is survived by her daughter-inlaw, Connie Bishop; son-in-law, Ludwig Morhard and his wife, Sallie; grandsons, Andy and Danny Bishop; granddaughters, Jaimi Morhard Wacksman, Marianna Benjacob, and Cari Morhard DePasquale; greatgranddaughters, Alayna and Alexis; and great-grandsons, Armond and Kian Benjacob.
The funeral will be on Wednesday, February 4, 2009, 11:00 a.m. at Naples Church of God, 1074 10th Street North., Naples, FL 34102.
Burial to follow at Naples Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery, 525 111th Avenue North, Naples, FL 34108 (239-5973101).
Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Naples Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Turning Point for God US, P.O. BOX 3838, San Diego, CA 92163 or Naples Christian Academy- 3161 Santa Barbara Blvd, Naples, FL 34116.
