Ruby Price Thornton, 99, of Woodstock died October 27, 2013. A Funeral Service was held at Noonday Baptist Church in Marietta with Gary Price and Rev. Richard Holden officiating. Interment followed in Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.
Mrs. Thornton has been a member of Noonday Baptist Church since 1935.
Survivors include nieces and nephews Virginia Martz, Judy Stroud, Gary Price, Marilyn Harris, Janice Love. She was preceded in death by her husband Callaway Thornton; brothers Hoyt and Ivan Golden Price; sister Edna Mae Prance Dewberry.
