Olivette E. 'Hap' Tranmer
OROVILLE - Olivette E. "Hap" Tranmer, 65, Oroville, died Sunday at the Valley Care Center in Okanogan. Sept. 12, 1982. She was born May 2, 1917, at Bathgate, N.D., was raised and attended school in North Dakota and on July 2, 1934, married Walter Tranmer in Bathgate. In 1936 they moved to Pateros and then to Omak. In 1948 they moved to Oroville. Her husband, Walter, preceded her in death in 1963. Mrs. Tranmer worked as an apple sorter in local warehouses for many years. She was a member of the Oroville Catholic Church. Survivors include one son, John, Oroville; three daughters, Kay Pelayo of Redwood City, Calif., Peggy delReal of Oroville, and Patsy Hack of San Bruno, Calif.; three sisters, Mary Etten of Bathgate, N.D., Katherine Chale of Pembina, N.D., and Loretta Haugen of Longview; two brothers, John T. Hollinger, Kent, and Dick Hollinger, East Grand Forks, Minn.; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was also proceeded in death by one son and one brother. Bergh Funeral Service, Oroville, is in charge of arrangements.
