She was united in marriage with Brian Warner Sr. on July 14, 2001.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Zortman, and a brother, Chris Wagner.
Survivors include her husband, Brian Warner Sr.; four sons, Anthony Wagner, of Illinois; Brian Warner Jr.; of Phillipsburg; Dustin Stone, of Springfield, and Kevin Phillips, of the state of Tennessee; two daughters, Tashia (Bryan)Hill and Nicole (Francis) Moyers, all of Phillipsburg; her parents, John and Thelma Wagner, of Lebanon; three brothers, Bruce Gotter, of the state of Arizona; John Wagner Jr., of Stoutland, Cary Wagner, of Lebanon; grandchildren, Myka, Kara, Virginia,Rilynn Kaden, Jordon, and Lilly; maternal grandmother, Estella Zartman, of the state of Pennsylvania; her mother-in-law Zella Wehr, of Champagne, Illinois; other relatives and many friends.
