Marie P. Rollins, 92, of College Hill, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, October 25, 2013.
Born May 18, 1921, in New Galilee, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Giacinta Franchi Clerici. She was a member of St. Monica Parish, College Hill, for over 50 years. She was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School, Class of 1939 and the Providence Hospital School of Nursing in 1942. She had been employed as a Registered Nurse at the former Babcock & Wilcox Tubular Products Company.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael A. Rollins, Sr. in 1977; a sister, Edith R. Clerici in 2009 and an infant sister, Rena Clerici.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Michael A. Jr. and Rebecca Rollins, College Hill; a daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Bruce Montagazzi, Daugherty Township; four grandchildren, Leslie Tennant and her husband, Jason, Megan Rollins, Jennifer Montagazzi and her fiancé, Evan Paul and Matthew Montagazzi; three great-grandchildren, Noah and Hannah Tennant, and she was eagerly awaiting her third great-grandchild, Gabriel Robert Paul, due in late November; her brother, Guido 'Bob' Clerici, and several nieces and nephews.
As per her wishes, there will be no public visitation.
A private Blessing service was held in the HILL & KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com, 3801 Fourth Ave., College Hill, Beaver Falls, with Father John Naugle officiating.
Burial followed in St. Mary Cemetery, Chippewa Township.
