March 3, 1997 – October 26, 2013
Erin Clark, 16, of New Hope, passed away Saturday.
Erin was an outstanding student athlete at New Hope High School. She was a starting pitcher on the varsity softball team. Erin was actively involved in many clubs such as Future Business Leaders of America, Anchor Club, Future Farmers of America, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She was a member of Owens Cross Roads Church of Christ, and an incredible young lady who positively touched the lives of her community, classmates, and anyone who was privileged to experience her infectious smile and amazing personality. Ms. Erin Nichole Clark always lit up the room and brought joy to everyone.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, James Clark.
Surviving are parents, Johnny & Lori Clark of New Hope, brother, Jonathon Clark, Jr. of Madison, grandparents, Alice Clark and Claire & Dale Wittschen all of New Hope.
Visitation will be Monday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home.
Services will be held at Owens Cross Roads Church of Christ, Tuesday at 1:00 pm with Bro. Harold Kelly & Bro Justin Pannell officiating.
Pallbearers will be Derrick Glover, Brian Largen, Keith Jarrell, Mitchell Brown, George Jones, Barry Jones and Tommy Bush.
The body will be at the church one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow at Brown Cemetery.
