ROBERT EARL HUBBARD, age 63, of Winamac, died on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Hubbard was born in Winamac, Indiana on January 19, 1950 to the late Joseph Winzle Hubbard and Elizabeth (Spicer) Frazier. He served his country from 1969-72 during the Vietnam War in the United States Army. Robert was retired from Allis-Chalmers.
He was also preceded in death by his step father who raised him, Kenneth "Blackie" Frazier.
Burial with military honors will be Friday, November 1, 2013 at 1:00pm at Marion National Cemetery committal shelter, Marion, Indiana. Preferred memorials may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
