Wes Kenney was one of the youngest (and earliest) wing walkers of the 1930's. One of his stunts involved hanging upside down from the flying plane to pick up a handkerchief laying on the ground. One week after his 20th birthday, Wes perished in a tragic plane crash along with his pilot and another friend (while on a simple pleasure flight that day). Wes died seven years to the day after his brother "Gerald" (John Arold) died in a truck accident at the tender age of 17.
Wes was loved dearly and was well known for his gentle smile and kindhearted nature.
