Randy was born on September 1, 1950 in Sioux City, Iowa to the late Lawrence H. and Norma (Hegwood) Ellis. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, and loved the Jacksonville Jaguars. Randy is survived by his loving wife, Paula Ellis. Additional survivors include his daughter, Tiffany Murray (Mike); his son, Mark Ellis; his daughter, Kelly Barkoskie (Skip); his 4 grandchildren, Megan and Mackenzie Murray, Annie Ellis, and Trip Barkoskie; his brother, Larry Ellis; his 2 sisters, Pam Worth (Larry), and Barbara Cormier; and his many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, December 5th in Hardage- Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. The Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 6th in the Baymeadows Baptist Church, 4826 Baymeadows Rd., Jacksonville, FL with Pastor Garry Broward as Officiant. Interment will follow the Funeral Service at Jacksonville Memory Gardens, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL.
