Jeffery W. Clark, 18, died August 17, 1992, from injuries sustained in an auto accident.

Born May 11, 1974 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jack W. and LeAnn Poulsen Clark. Graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1992.

Jeffery wouldn't want a sticky obituary. He lived each day to the fullest because he knew that was the day he had. He shared his life vigorously with lots of close friends. He impacted so many people because he knew what it took to make friends and be a friend, and he did both.

He will be missed most of all by his mother and father; brother, Kelly; surrogate mother, Nancy; and his Grampa ''Pete.'' Also survived by grandparents, Vean and Ella Clark; Keith and Alice Poulsen; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and more friends than we could begin to name. Preceded in death by grandmother, Mavis Poulsen.

Funeral services Friday, August 21, 1992, 10 a.m. at the Red Butte Gardens and Arboretum on Red Butte Canyon Road. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.

Goff Mortuary, funeral directors.
