Mrs. Yaw was born on Jan. 13, 1919, in Spokane, Wash., and moved to Portland as a teen-ager. She married W. Page Yaw Jr. in 1939. He died in 1976.
Survivors include her daughter, Georganne Barr of Clackamas; son, Stephen of Wasco; niece, Kathie Jo Noel of West Linn; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family suggests that remembrances be contributions to Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
