James "Pete" Canada, age 69, of Gifford passed away Thursday, October 24, 2013 at National Park Medical Center. He was born July 30, 1944, in Malvern, the son of the late Luther Herbert and Millie Ann Robinson Canada. Pete worked at Otwell's Grocery and Food Center. He loved the Razorbacks, yard work, gardening and his kids and grandkids. He served in the National Guard and donated his time to Reyburn Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, LD Junior Canada, Kenneth Canada, Eddie Joe Canada and David Canada.
