I know very little about my Great, Great, Grandmother Eliza White Albright other than census reports that indicate that she farmed with her husband John C. Albright in Spring Township, Boone County, Illinois. She and John had 10 children together. The 1850 census lists the children's names as follows. John Jr. - 16, Franklin W., and Francis W. (Twins) - 14, George DeForest - 13, Elizabeth E. - 11, Delos - 9 (Cpl. 9th Illinois Cavalry during the Civil War), Etta - 7, Harrison D. - 5, Mary J. - 3, and Thomas G. - 1.
