LOCAL HAPPENINGS.
Leon Lingenfelter died Sunday at noon at the residence of his father Henry Lingenfelter near Millport. He was a grandson of Madison Lingenfelter one of the pioneers of Knox County. For the past few years he had been suffering from spinal trouble the result of an accident. He was twenty four years of age and unmarried. His funeral took place Tuesday after requiem mass at St. Joseph's Church.

Leon Linkenfelter [sic] who had been sick for a long time at the home of this father, Henry Linkenfelter [sic], northeast, of town, died Sunday. He was afflicted with some spinal disease and had suffered four or five years. Several operations had been performed but they gave him only temporary relief. The burial was in St. Joseph's cemetery Tuesday.
