Surviving with her parents are a brother, Ethan R. Phillips at home, her grandparents, Mark and Janette Sloan of Monticello, Dyrl and Stephanie Beardsley of New Ross, Amy Brammer of Rushville, Greg Phillips of Lafayette and Jane Phillips of Lafayette; great-grandparents, Bobbie and Linda Beardsley of Dunnington and Joan and Dan Ritenour of Alexandria; aunt Jessee Brammer of Indianapolis, and uncle J. D. and Rochelle Bramer of Lafayette. Burial to follow at Spring Vale Cemetery.
